Get ready to sweat! This conditioning class incorporates different types of training including cardio, HIIT, upper and lower body strength training, core and ab training, and speed and agility to create a fun, dynamic and VERY effective full body workout. This class will help you push yourself further than you ever thought possible. All fitness levels welcome!
